  • Monthly subscribers receive access to their selected course for the duration of their active subscription.
  • Lifetime purchasers receive access for the operational life of the course. If the course is ever retired, users will receive notice and an option to download key training materials.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You may not share your account or distribute course materials without written permission.

4. Payment & Refunds

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.
  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access is granted, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, downloads, and branding are the property of Tom Sotis LLC and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold without written consent.

6. Consultations and Additional Services

Private consultations with Tom Sotis are available by request and subject to scheduling and separate fees. Booking does not guarantee availability. Sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Community Guidelines

If you participate in our WhatsApp group, webinars, or discussion forums, you agree to maintain respectful, professional conduct. Abuse, harassment, or promotion of unrelated services will result in removal without refund.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, misuses our platform, or engages in behavior that compromises the safety or integrity of our training community.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tom Sotis LLC provides training for educational purposes only. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the application of course content in real-world scenarios. It is your responsibility to train safely, lawfully, and within your physical limits.
